So it’s been a loooong time since I last posted. So much has happened in the last couple of years: script supervising on amazing projects such as Spike Lee’s Blackkklansman, Ava Duvernay’s Central Park Five and Steven Soderberg’s High Flying Bird just to name a few!
I also directed a new short film: The Mermaid’s Journey which explores the relationship between an immigrant mother and her US born daughter as they spend a day together at the beach. It is currently in post-production – picture locked and now in sound edit and color grading. Very exciting! Can’t wait to show it to the world!
Oh, and did I mention I became a mother to a now 3 year old girl named Lucia? She is by far my biggest accomplishment to date!
This year, I want to get more personal projects going – from sending my short through the festival circuit to developing a feature script and getting my work out there.
